Who I am
Hello guys, my name is Marcio Junior, nice to meet you!
Born in Belo Horizonte (Brazil), in my early years, my family moved to Montes Claros, where my parents decided to invest in the food industry, so we opened our first pizza restaurant.
I had the privilege of growing up and living in the world of pizza in a special way; from administration to cooking was just a matter of time.
With specialization in the Scuola Italiana Pizzaioli, for man years I was able to contribute to the gastronomy scene of Brazil. In February 2022, looking for new challenges, I moved to San Diego, CA, where I was part of the team of renowned pizzerias.
And now I present my new project to you.
